—Phil to Simmons in Where There's a Will, There's a Wall: Episode 3

Phil the Falcon is a Falcon first appearing in the Red vs. Blue mini-series Where There's a Will, There's a Wall: Episode 1.

Role in PlotEdit

Phil was sent to Blood Gulch in Where There's a Will, There's a Wall: Episode 1, where he quickly caught the eyes of the Blue Team, specifically Tucker and Church, who all imagined what they would do if they could ever fly him; Church imagining leaving Blood Gulch, Tucker imagining getting all the ladies with the Falcon, and Caboose imagining destroying the Falcon.

Throughout the rest of the mini-series, Church and Tucker argue over who gets the Falcon. However, Simmons manages to steal Phil from the Blues, in which Phil first speaks and runs Simmons through the tutorial program. Simmons, having no flying experience, crazily flies Phil around the canyon until he eventually crashes into a wall behind Red Base, injuring Grif in the process. Realizing that their Falcon has been stolen from them, Church and Tucker end their argument. At Red Base, Phil is then left damaged, in which Sarge orders Lopez to repair him.

TriviaEdit

  • Phil's conversation with Simmons is a direct reference to Caboose's first meeting with Sheila in Check Out the Treads on That Tank, where in both scenarios the vehicles state their names and ask the driver to run a tutorial program.
  • Phil appears to be a male counterpart of F.I.L.S.S., which was also Sheila's original name, making him a more direct counterpart to Sheila.
  • While Phil was present throughout the miniseries, he was not activated until the third episode.
