Red Command

From Red vs Blue: The Blood Gulch Chronicles

Red command commands the Reds in Blood Gulch and in all other outposts in the universe. The orders are givin to Vic who gives the orders to the Red leader of the outpost. After Sarge tries to call in an airstrike to blow up both the blues and Lopez's Robot Army, it is revealed that Vic works for both Red and Blue command. This leads Tucker to believe both Red and Blue is the same. However, this was thrown into doubt when Church went back in time and told Vic red and blue were the same to him. However, in Red vs Blue: Reconstruction, it is revealed by Washington that red and blue are the same, they are both simulation armies for a freelancer to train with.

Trivia:

In season one, Sarge left Blood Gulch to get orders from command, suggesting he went to an actual place.
